Made in the style of the wines of the Cote Rotie in the upper Rhone Valley of France. A product of co-fermenting its varietals rather than blending.
A full-bodied red wine with velvety lush flavors of peach and nectarine and ground white pepper with deep spice aromas of sage, chocolate, and bacon. Nose of stone fruits and black pepper.
It is excellent paired with grilled meats.
