The partial malolactic fermentation enhances the fruit aroma and preserves its acidity. With proper cellaring this wine should age well for two to three years.
The rich and smooth, yet bright style of this wine pairs well with butter/cream sauces, Dungeness crab, stuffed mushrooms & grilled salmon.
