2022 Cedarosa
A complex medley of fruity and earthy flavors
This blend is made in the style of the wines of St. Emilion on the "Right Bank" in Bordeaux. The name is a contraction of the words "Cedar" and "Ponderosa" and is inspired by the cedar trees which are a feature of the estates in Bordeaux, metaphorically representing the nobility, longevity, and strength of the local wines.
An elegant and polished wine packed with subtle layers of earth and fruit notes. Pairs well with grilled lamb chops, rustic bean dishes and stews.
