• 55% Sauvignon Blanc and 45% Semillon
• Stainless steel and French oak barrel fermented. Bottled at 0.23% residual sugar after 6 months aging on the lees.
• Rosebud and Inland Desert Vineyards
• A medium-bodied, dry white wine with a hint of oak and soft textured flavors of ripe pear and lemon zest. Complex tropical fruit notes with orange blossom and peach aromas.
• The partial malolactic fermentation enhances the fruit aroma and preserves its acidity. With proper cellaring this wine should age well for two to three years.
• The rich and smooth, yet bright style of this wine pairs well with butter/cream sauces, Dungeness crab, stuffed mushrooms & grilled salmon
